“Brunch heaven”

Lovely decor, stylish with old Boston chic. Great food - we stopped in for Sunday lunch. Good Bloody Mary to accompany. Well worth a trip to the suburbs.

“Enjoyable Experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 17, 2014

We ate here for breakfast and for dinner since we were staying at Hotel Commonwealth. The breakfast was very good but quite pricey for some eggs, bacon, and toast. Dinner was delicious. Once again it is quite pricey but I don't mind spending money on a delicious dinner. The service was great and atmosphere is quite pleasant.

Wonderful grilled cheese sandwich, wine, specialty drinks, people watching, lemon cake with grapefruit sorbet. Easy to get to Fenway Park!

“Excellent martinis”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 13, 2014

I went to Eastern Standard with friends on a Thursday night for some drinks. The place was packed (in a good way). It also looks like you can make bar reservations which is AWESOME. We only had drinks (although I have eaten here and everything is delicious). The martinis we had were perfectly crafted. After 3 rounds it was hard to leave! If you're in the Fenway area and looking for something a little more sophisticated - this is the spot!
