“Home cooking if your grandma was Italian”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 25, 2014

Recommended by the folks at the Hampton Inn. Purported to be the oldest continuously operated Italian restaurant in Boston. They have the kind of basic Italian comfort food your grandma made. I ate in the bar. Lots of local color. The cherry stone clams were excellent. The beer was cold and the pasta had plenty of gravy. Service was attentive and I enjoyed the meal.

“Recommended by our hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 5, 2014 via mobile

Restaurant was recommended by the hotel staff, so we gave it a try. What a neat little place. Old family restaurant that's been going for 85 years. Service was great, very friendly and helpful. Chicken Parmesan was great as was the Chicken Marsala. Canolli was delicious! And the prices were extremely reasonable for what we've gotten used to when visiting the Boston area!

“Old-fashioned Italian family-run restaurant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2014

Our Hampton Inn Revere shuttle brought us here, since there are no restaurants within walking distance of the motel. The place had old family photos on the wall since the restaurant has been owned and operated by the same family for years and years..It is large, and even though this was Saturday night, it was not crowded and it was quiet and cool with comfortable booths as well as large tables. They served a house red or white wine in half or whole carafes as well as having a decent wine list. We chose a half of the red and it was decent. I eat no meat, but do eat fish. The friendly waitress recommended a Cod florentine, which she said was her favorite. It was not on the menu that night, but which they prepared for me. The dish was delicious, and very generously portioned. The fish and the garlicky spinach were fresh and were topped with melted fresh mozarella. The fish was not fried, but perfectly baked. My husband enjoyed his ravioli. The house salads were indifferent, but did provide a nice start along with the hot freshly-baked small loaves of bread they provide. We felt lucky to have had no real choice in selecting our restaurant that night, being too tired and too far from the city to be pleasantly surprised by Jeveli's good service and menu. We did not sample the dessert or appetizer selections, but there seemed to be a good listing. We would go again if we were in the area.

“Family memories”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 27, 2014

I have loved Jeveli's since I was a little girl. When I go back I am transported back in time as it has not changed much- the best part is the quality of food has not changed. It is always delicious. The Italian food is wonderful and cooked to perfection.

“oldest italian Restaurant in Boston”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 24, 2014 credit card Amex Card Member Review

Conveniently located in east boston, this huge place has been serving for many years. The food is delicious, versatile in choice. They have a full dining bar along with a separate bar section with separate entrances and open upto 1am. Very nice for late night travelers to Logan airport. This place is only minutes away.

Welcome to the "late night Logan Italian lounge" !
