We arrived early, and was told our room was not ready. So we agreed to leave and come back at noon. It was never cleaned! The floors were dirty with crumbs, the dishes in the cupboard had dried food on them, the bathroom mat was not clean, the beds had bed bugs. It was discusting! It is too bad because units do have potential and could be very cute, if only the owner would spend some money on the place to get it up to par. I am surprised the health dept. hasnt shut them down!

The management is rude, obnoxious and unfriendly. The rate changed 3 times. They tried to make us change rooms in the middle of our stay. No telephone. No internet. No working a/c. TV broken. Piles of junk on the stairways. What else can I say? Don't do it!

I was told the room's on first floor, but it turned out to be in semi-basement, dark and cold (there's no control of the temperature).

Zee Paragon, unlike hotels or inns, offered a wonderful month-long Boston experience where I enjoyed my own furnished apartment rather than having a limited hotel room experience. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and came complete with everything I needed, down to the silverware. The management and employees went out of their ways to make sure the experience was enjoyable while insuring a great amount of privacy and independence. I am sure that when going to Boston again Zee Paragon will be first on my list.
