“Can't beat a good local, colonial pub.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 17, 2011

Classic New England pub. Cold beer and good food. Nice colonial atmosphere. A must visit in Charlestown, and likely our new football-watching hangout in our new 'hood.

“Food was okay. Setting was fantastic. Service needed improvement.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 9, 2011

Ate at the Warren Tavern twice. First time was for lunch at 3:00ish in the afternoon. Food was okay. Tried dinner 2 nights later, and was treated so poorly, I will not be going back.

“Excellent food & service - plus American History”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 8, 2011

The restaurant is actually located across the river in Charlestown and was established in 1780. It is near Bunker Hill and named in honor of an American Patriot - Dr. Joseph Warren. The food and service were excellent and the restaurant has a great location & atmosphere.

“authentic”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 8, 2011

This place makes you feel like you've traveled back in time. It's so quaint and has a lot of the original structure.

Brunch and Bloodmarys were wonderful.

A don't miss!
