“Nice to revisit”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 20, 2013

My wife and I used to eat at Victoria regularly 30 years ago. We moved away and lost touch. I returned with a friend and was surprised and delighted to find it looked the same and the food was just as good. The scallops were deep sea and delicious, done just right. The vegetables and sauce were very good and I got 2 meals for the price of one. The crab tank with the huge crabs is my next target. I'll be back

“Real Chinese Food and it's NOT in Chinatown!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 24, 2013

This is our go-to Chinese restaurant when we don't want to deal with Chinatown parking and just in general when we want good Chinese food.
Must order dishes for large parties are: Beef Chow Foon (dry fried), Salty spicy squid, Salty spicy pork, Peapod stems stir-fried with garlic, Seafood with crispy noodles, Eggplant with minced pork, and a big bowl of rice! So good! It's such a great deal too (if you go with a group), you'll pay $10-12 per person MAX!

If you go with a group of people on the weekend, make sure you call them and let them know!

“Genuine Cantonese cuisine, great value”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 19, 2012

Great Cantonese style food. Good place to go for genuine Chinese food... not just the fried chicken wings, crab rangoons, and lo-mein of American-Chinese restaurants. Comparable to some of the best that Boston Chinatown has to offer, without the crowds and lack of parking. Great deals on the food too... all relatively inexpensive.

Can't expect too much in terms of service or atmosphere. Not a high-end place by any means, but it does have great food and portions at a very reasonable price.

“Was good back in college and is still good”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 26, 2012

I used to go to school in Boston and this was THE chinese restaurant to go to. They are always busy and lots of chinese people eat here. They always had cheap and yummy lunch specials and their famous twin lobsters were always a bargain. Oh victoria seafood, i miss you.

“Great food, bad service”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 9, 2012

The food is absolutely amazing in this restaurant but I do not value the staff!
Great cheap lobster, amazing walnut shrimp, incredible fried noodle!
The environment is ugly but what do you expect when it is a cheap Chinese restaurant,
The staff is rude, they have attituded when we ask them for extra things. Theyoly say thank you when they see the tip.
This is the must go in Boston!!
Will be back myself
