“Good italian seafood”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 26, 2013

I wanted to go for the famous neighborough, but due to long queue I had a delicious lunch at Pomodoro. This was a positive surprise. Small and cosy restaurant. Delicious seafood pasta. The oliveoil for the bread was great. Missed the salt although. Had my linch at the window bar and it was enjoyable to watch people strolling outside on a saturday afternoon.
Only minus was the "automatic" 19% service included on the bill.

“The real thing”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2013

Our lunch was as authentic as one would find in Italy. Everything was first rate. Linguine con Vongole (clams) was al dente and right on the mark.

“A Good Experience”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2013

A very busy restaurant, so its a good idea to book in advance. Great food, well served and at reasonable prices.

“Average food with unbelievably bad service”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2013

I won't recommend this place to anyone. Really. If you are looking for good Italian food, the food here is just average. On top of average quality food, they have a waitress/hostess here with a terrible attitude even when she is the one making mistakes. I took someone here for a special occasion, and instead of having a good evening we were told "if you don't feel comfortable you can leave" when I was rationally providing a feedback about their messing up our wait place in line. What a way to drive away business when the food quality is already just okay.

Go elsewhere please for more pleasant service and better food. There are plenty of better places in the North End.

“Wonderful little gem!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 12, 2013

Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal (and we shared with each other too!) The favorite dish was the veal piccata. Prices were very reasonable for the quality. We were given many extras, including a free appetizer and free dessert. But be aware, they are a cash only business. Would go back in a heartbeat.
