Needing a hotel near Faulkner Hospital, I called enVision & was immediately impressed with the warm welcome, knowledge of the area, and special consideration for patrons with medical appointments. The personalized hospitality of Ryan, Maralise, and Tanner made me feel welcomed like a long lost relative. Between the reservation and my stay I received two personal emails from Tanner who offered and promptly responded to individualized requests that enhanced the already impressive customer experience. I highly recommend enVision.

I needed a place to stay for a week while I underwent testing at a nearby hospital. The cab vouchers were a huge draw, as well as the microwave and fridge (lots of allergies). I needed a place that would be clean and comfortable, and our room was perfect. The wifi was a little sluggish at times, and the $25/night pet fee got a little steep after five nights, but the attentive staff, and attention to detail (umbrellas in the lobby, ice water, fresh fruit) helped make up for it. I'll definitely choose this place again when I need to return to Boston.

Great staff, amazing beds, great location ... just needs a bar to be perfect! The decor is contemporary but not stuffy, and I love the little touches like locally made caramels on the bed, lemon or cucumber ice water in the lobby, and an umbrella stand right as you walk in. There is plenty of free parking on the street - a miracle in a big city - withthe green line train stop 500 feet away. The staff are super friendly and very customer service focused. I have now stayed 5 separate times and have never been disappointed.

Without spending $400-$500 a night for a brand new boutique hotel, or spending $250 for a mediocre hotel in the heart of Boston, we found enVision, a decently priced (for Boston) boutique hotel. Definitely not in the heart of things but right on a trolley stop minutes from downtown Boston, this hotel was quiet, had a view of part of Olmstead's beautiful park, and had FANTASTIC clerks (giving us recommendations for restaurants, how to manage getting around in Boston, and places to see that fit our interests perfectly). ½ mile one way is the heart of Jamaica Plains, ½ mile the other way is adorable Brookline, ½ mile another way are the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and Museum of Fine Arts. We have a college kid in Boston and have spent too many nights in disappointing hotels. We're so happy we found enVision last night because we'll be returning.

Dear Loued007,

Thank you so much for your wonderful FIVE STAR review! We love to hear that guests will be returning after they stayed with us! We are elated that the front desk agents were able to help with recommendations for restaurants and places to see around Boston. I hope that you got to explore Jamaica Plain a little bit, it is such a great place with little shops and great restaurants.

Thank you again for your review and we look forward to welcoming you back!

Sincerely,

Aimee Plouffe

EnVision Hotel, Boston was exactly what I hoped for--a lovely small hotel, which enhanced my four day stay in Boston. The front desk clerks, the manager, and the housekeeping staff were all friendly and helpful, even solving my cell phone problem! The location was perfect, right on the Greenline so I could easily visit art galleries without transferring. For baseball fans, Fenway is close. My room was immaculate, nicely furnished and quiet. The one thing missing was a close-by quality restaurant as I was traveling alone and preferred not to go out at night. Snacks were available for purchase. Perhaps this hotel is too small to provide free shuttle service to the airport.

Room Tip: Indicate room size. Traveling alone, I requested a small room. It would have felt crowded for two, b...

Attended an event at the VA Hospital in Jamaica Plain and stayed here overnight. Great hotel and great accommodations. The staff was amazing and their recommendations were top notch regarding restaurants and things to do in Jamaica plain and Boston. The highlight were the rooms and the sweet treats events that they had in the lobby in evening. The staff knew my name after the first day which caught my attention. I would definetely return to this location.

Room Tip: Rooms facing Olmsted park great scenery and I did not hear anything

We just got home from a 4 night stay at Envision Boston hotel where we had nothing but a very positive experience! We were greeted by a friendly and helpful lady at the front desk and our room was ready for us early. The rooms were spotless and the double king suite where we stayed was large and had comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. An added bonus was the ice cream bar in the lobby on our last night with ice cream, frozen yogurt and toppings from JP Licks. The hotel is less than a block away from the "above ground" subway stop that took us all around the city. We travelled with our 11 year old daughter and 7 year old son and it was super convenient. We had no issues with the neighborhood as we had read in past posts.
