“The best stay in Boston!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

I've stayed here twice now and each time was great. The customer service is impeccable. I travel to Boston a lot and I know that other area hotels are expensive, but not worth the money and most have poor customer service. This hotel makes you feel at home. A very beautiful, city home! The rooms are decorated beautifully. The closets are complete with ironing board, robes, blow dryer, umbrella. There is a heated towel rack in the spacious bathroom. Nice TV, coffee maker, ice bucket. Everything you need! Beds are incredibly comfortable and we had black out shades which are great for sleeping in! The hotel is quiet! I'm pretty sure the rooms are sound proof, because we didn't hear a peep out of anyone, even though it was a busy weekend for the hotel.

Room Tip: I think all of the rooms are good!

Green Features: This hotel makes it known that they are environmentally friendly upon arrival - there are notes to tell you how you can participate. I love that touch.

First let my say "Thank You" to priceline for this treasure and a great rate for such a busy Graduation weekend. Hotel has nice curb appeal. Bell captain stationed outside entrance and two outside entrances to the restaurant/bar. Hotels lobby is nicely decorated and not over the top. FREE wi-fi in room and through out hotel is an added bonus. Huge sitting area with lounges, fireplace, several flat screens all on one wall and complimentary coffee/espresso machine available 24 hrs. All staff was very helpful and was more than happy to give information about their hotel and the city itself. I arrived via subway, which is called the "T" and this hotel is pretty close to most stations. I checked in pretty fast on a Sat evening around 6ish. Staff was professional and really helpful too!

I was in room 516, no real view of anything except an alley, but it was fine. Room is on the small side (NOT NY small), but very sufficient! I think it was a 42" flat screen with basic cable & pay channels, EVAC unit seem to work just fine. They have a server buffet with a few drawers, room for a mini fridge (avail upon request), K-cup coffee brewer, teas, individually wrapped paper cups & condiments. Iron board, iron, hair dryer, glass desk with 120v (North America) electrical plugs, desk lamp, lounge chair, night stands next to bed with small reading lights. My room had a King size bed and the mattress slept heavenly. Linens were nice with light down comforter and four pillows with two different firmness.

Bathroom was a good size, equipped with large pedestal sink that had under cabinet lighting (cool feature), basic toiletries, very high shower head though, probably perfect for someone 6 ft+, but it had a nice steady and strong flow, which I like. Seeing this city can get pretty cold, the heated towel racks are probably a great addition in winter. Hopefully my pictures will answer some questions for things I may have missed in this review. I didn't eat in the restaurant, but Thanks to Kevin the bartender my drink was perfect and reasonably priced! There is a club right down the alley way, but once inside my room, I never heard any street noise or the music from their. Neighborhood was very busy, well lite, quiet, lots of shops, Eateries, walking distance to many sites. And lots of Starbucks too!

The hotel is like most Lowes hotels, very nice and a wonderful staff. Everything is efficient and done very well at the hotel. I stayed for a conference at the hotel and the banquet facilities were great. The only thing lacking was a decent shop with snacks or drinks to take back to the room.

Simply amazing service!! I decided to host my sisters baby shower at the Loews hotel and can't be happier! I had a few options for rooms and chose the Crowley room which was perfect for a size of 30 guests or so. They helped me set up everything in the room the morning of and checked in on us too. The service from the valet to bell hop to front desk to events was amazing!! Everything went smoothly. Many people drove that day and they had several events going on too. However, the valet was quick to grab the cars and bell hop went out of their way to bring things in and out for the guests.

The men did a mini guys baby shower at the restaurant and said the food there was awesome!

The location of a hotel in Boston is very important for most visitors. For me Loewes is perfect. Close to fine shopping, quiet location and outstanding staff. The rooms are very smart and well equipped. The breakfast in the basement: never had a better one!
For a 4 star hotel this is tops.

This was the perfect place to stay for graduation week. The reception at check in were thorough and the concierge very helpful with suggestions for places to visit, tours and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable (we had a double king size bed). The showers were a little complicated to operate but once we got it running, it was great. The complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby was an extra unexpected bonus. The bar downstairs was a little noisy but was very lively! The breakfast staff were very good, although the buffet could be more varied.

Room Tip: Higher floors to avoid the street noise;
