“Excellent stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 days ago NEW

We stayed in a Luxury Room on the 6th floor which was very spacious.

There was quite a bit of street noise but nothing that kept us awake. Maybe if you're a light sleeper this will be a problem, but this is common in most hotels in central locations.

The hotel is conveniently located and most of the attractions are within walking distance.

In general the hotel was very classy, it was clean and the staff were helpful.

The room is quite big comparing to another ,but the facilities and amenities are quite limited .during our stay ,bath gel was not refilled until you asked for it and take too long a time waiting..Also the coffe and tea ,there was two coffe capsule and just one tea cup,no choice at all (only green tea )and just one capsule a day.The best thing which was the concierge ,Heather ,she was so so helpful with the guests.

Green Features: The concierge was so friendly and very helpful planning your trip in Boston, also reserved an excellent restaurant for us.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great. The service was unbelievable. The restaurant was yummy. The business center was very nice. What a tv to watch a game. If I go back to Boston, I will stay here for sure.

Having just returned from a business trip to Boston and a four night stay at the Loews Hotel I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone - whether traveling for business or pleasure. The hotel is ideally situated just a short walk from the center of Boston which was ideal for seeing a little of the city while having a little spare time in between meetings. The hotel staff could not be more friendly or helpful and in a very genuine way. The food in the restaurant was delicious as was the continental breakfast I has in my room - which was delivered right on time as requested on all occasions. The rooms was very modern, spotless and with everything you could possibly need - although the phone next to the toilet in the bathroom may have been a little excessive :0)))) Unless you are the type of person who has call that are that urgent to make/receive :0))) The hotel may appear expensive but after research is in on a par with most Boston Hotels. There may be slightly cheaper hotel chains just outside the city but the cost of taxi in and out of Boston would make up for any saving on the cost of the hotel. As I mentioned before this hotel was perfectly situation for seeing all the sights on foot and was around a 15-20 mins walk from the start of The Freedom Trail. On occasions where we did need taxis to transport our group to the location of our meetings this was no trouble at all and was all arranged by the hotel. Although I was visiting for business I would not hesitate to stay here with my husband and 5 year old daughter - families are welcome and I very much hope to return with mine in the future.

Room Tip: If you are looking for views request a room at the front of the hotel. My room was at the back and t...
