Stayed at Loews hotel for 5 nights and had a wonderful stay. The refurbished hotel is lovely. It's in a great position and just a short stroll to Boylston Street, Copley Plaza and numerous restaurants. The rooms are spotless with very nice bathrooms.
The outstanding thing about the hotel is all the staff, without exception they are efficient, charming and have a great attitude to guests in particular Robert on the front desk and Hennock on the door.
We only had the chance to have breakfast at the hotel but it was always served hot, efficiently and good.
I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel if you want a mid range priced hotel in the middle of everything.

First time to Boston. We had an excellent experience. I have three kids 12, 10, 4 and the front desk service and other hotel workers treated us so well. Highly recommend this hotel. Kid friendly, very clean, quiet rooms, very nice accommodations

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel, which is very well located. Great lobby/lounge with coffee etc - very nice bedroom. Will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Boston and will check out other hotels in the chain. Not cheap, but good value for money given the quality.

Staffs are all nice and friendly, location is not too far from shopping area, only 10-15 mins by walking. Lobby design with good atmosphere, enjoy the time sitting there with street view and free coffee and tea. Room space is nice and cozy.

Room Tip: Double room with 2 queen beds

An excellent hotel. All the staff were welcoming and seemed happy in their work, the smiles were genuine which was a refreshing change from so many places.
An excellent room. The Grand Rooms set on the corners of the building are worth the extra for a bit more space and above all quiet. Housekeeping was spot on too.
Definitely somewhere I would recommend.

Room Tip: 520 was a good room. Nice and quiet (aside from usual trucks and sirens outside!)

On arrival we were shown to rooms that did not meet our expectations but after a friendly discussion with the front desk were moved the next day without fuss. This is a credit to their customer services and we were happy with the outcome. The new room was very comfortable although lacking a little in storage space. It is well situated and should not be overlooked if you are visiting Boston.

We stayed here for a birthday trip in early January. The Boston area had just been hit by 3 feet of snow but the hotels operation didn't seem to have been affected.

The communal areas of the hotel were very nice, with a TV area with free tea and coffee. The bar was also quite nice but a little bit of a shame it was below street level.

The hotel is perfectly located for downtown Boston, the park and most of the shopping, bars and restaurants you will want are a short walk away.

We had a deluxe room with was very nice, with a really relaxing and comfortable bed, a nice spacious bathroom with a good shower and tea and coffee facilities. The only thing we missed was having a minibar. I liked the way the door way in the corridor felt like the door to your own apartment, with the little alcove light.

Overall the hotel was great and had a really nice feel. I'd certainly recommend it.
