My wife and I had stayed two nights for our anniversary. The rooms were incredible and the staff was very attentive and helpful. It's near practically everything. The price is a little high but we would stay there again. All in all It was a great weekend!

Th overall level of service was extremely good. Our room was comfortable, although the bed mattress was extremely hard. The location of the hotel was quite desirable. My only qualm was the prices for the food there. We paid $50 for a breakfast--even in Boston, with high prices, that was insane.

We stayed at the Loews Boston for two days with our two children ages 9 and 11. Our room had two beds which were very comfortable. The rooms are small compared to other Loews but this is Boston, and like Manhattan, space is at premium. Still, we did not feel cramped. The bathroom, on the other hand, was a bit cumbersome. The toilet is very close to the vanity and the toilet paper is behind you which was hard to reach and even more so for the children.

The television was huge. One word of warning, there is no refrigerator in the room. We only found that out AFTER we came back from Mikes (best canoli I have ever had anywhere). So, I ate as much as I could but still ended up throwing out almost $40 in pastries that we were going to take to our cousins house. So, don't bring anything that will not keep or maybe ask if they can send up a fridge.

Valet parking was $48 per day. There is no self parking. Yes, it is expensive but it is not unreasonable. The Hyatt Regency in Manhattan charges $60 and is horrible. I love that I can text my ticket number and my car is ready in about ten minutes even though they say 15.... And sometimes even sooner. This is a great feature that every hotel should offer. We were in and out several times and loved this feature.

Another great feature is the hot beverage machine. If it's great for everyone. You can make tea (several different flavors including decaf and regular Lipton). Several different coffee options include latte, Americana, cappuccino, espresso, decaf and my new favorite, mocha. You can also make hit chocolate for the kids, and I can tell you that my kids loved it. We had breakfast downstairs twice and both times were great. Our server was excellent and the food was delicious. The kids menu is great and all portions were good sized. The fruit cup that came with my daughter's waffles were spectacular!

The hotel is walking distance to almost everything. And you can always take train or call an Uber ride.

If you stay here look for the package that offers free valet and $25 for credit per night. That savings makes this a no brainer even for a super frugal traveler. Just make sure you mention the package when you check in because I don't think it was apparent on their computer. And once you experience Loews service, it's hard to go somewhere else. If you are on their rewards program you need top remind them as they do not offer any of the upgrades you are entitled to, which was the only disappointing thing.

We recently stayed at Lowes Back Bay Area hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the staff and recent hotel renovation. Last time we were there was probably a year ago and although the rooms were nice and in good repair they were a bit dated. That is no longer the case, the decor is modern and tastefully done. The staff was very professional and always ready and willing to serve. We also had dinner in the new restuarant PRECINCTS which was excellent! My daughter and I both have food allergies to gluten and dairy and the staff was very accommodating to our needs and made our dishes both GF and dairy free the chef even came over to our table to assure us that they could and would accommodate our needs. This was very comforting to me and many times is not the case when eating out. We will definitely return to Lowes for future trips to the Boston area.

We've tried several hotels in Boston such as the W, Sheraton, Revere, The Liberty and The Nine Zero. Loews tops them all. Excellent service. The staff are more than happy to help with anything and everything. The rooms are clean, we'll maintained and well designed. The Bright, airy and contemporary decor are complemented by the amazing housekeeping. There is not a speck of dust or anything I can fault at this hotel! The breakfast at Precinct was unbelievable. Great coffee and challah French toast. Stay here!
