“Great "Highs" at the Loews.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

I love it when a valet effectively sets the tone for your stay and things just get better and better! The entire reception staff worked as one team and everyone was just one big ball of energy and knowledge! i quickly began to feel more like a house guest of family, rather than a hotel guest! Our guest room was clean and spacious with plush comfortable bedding. The concierge was knowledgeable and consistent, and room service and valet service was like lightning! The business center has state of the art computer software. The computers are literally brand new, and I effortlessly booked and printed passes for Water Country in minutes! This does'nt happen everywhere, as many of us know! The staff at "The Precinct Restaurant" was very efficient, precise and friendly. i'm a bit lengthy here but i love when customer service steals the whole show! A very royal experience awaits you at the Loews Boston! Thank you all!

High level hotel with excellent facilities. The furniture, bed and linen quality and the bathroom are very good. There is a coffee station for the guest at the lobby with great coffee all day long. The only problem is the very high price that in the norm in Boston, not particularly from this hotel. I payed $329 plus tax per night! The highest I have ever payed for a hotel in the world.

Room Tip: No problem with noise due to good windows.

The hotel has an outstanding partnership with Equinox for those who need to workout while away from home, the downside is the rewards program at this particular chain of hotels is very poor comparison

Well located and laid back hotel. Close to Boston Common, Newbury Street, and restaurants. All worked well in the room. Was comfortable and had ample room. Did find a long hair in the tub, but human things do happen. Would stay here again.

Room Tip: Room on high floor.

Stayed here for business for 5 days in March 2014 and it was excellent! Beautiful hotel in a great part of Boston. Very convenient to lots of cool stuff in Boston. Very friendly staff and the rooms are very nice. Excellent doormen who always asked if I needed help getting a cab when I left for work each morning. I would definitely stay here again if in Boston.

Great facility. Helpful, pleasant, and polite staff. Lovely, clean rooms with great space. Quiet - wasn't disturbed by the typical hotel noises (e.g. slamming doors, overly enthusiastic cooling systems, elevators running, neighbor's TVs, etc.) Fantastic location. All in all a great stay. Thank you.

Great location and bed.Rooms are small but modern and well ventilated, bathrooms very comfortable. We had a problem with housekeeping that was well handled by the reception manager. The reception area is too small for the size of the hotel and the fitness room has inadequate space with too much equipment for its size and no space to lay a mat
