I would like to point out that my family stayed at this location for a week and actually left early due to poor service. My daughter was receiving services at Children's Hospital Boston and we needed a location close with wifi and hopefully not to expensive. There was no wifi and they had me attempt it in numerous rooms, but none work. Only in the lobby can you get service and that's not a great location if you want privacy. Kat was a fantastic service representative for the location and Best Western, however chains headquarters has no influence on independently owned and operated locations. The remaining staff act completely inappropriate and show little respect for the operations manager and the customers.

In addition the the lack of wifi the windows are very drafty, the bed spreads are queen size on king size beds, only one of our 3 phones worked and only one remote worked. If this was an apartment you would assume it was run by a slum lord. It's also in a bad neighborhood and parking isn't very safe. I used to travel a lot for work and can honestly say this was one of the top 5 worst places I've ever stayed at.

This hotel is in a great location, prices can't be beat and has beautiful spacious rooms! The shuttle was super convenient. Parking is free. King size room beds are super comfy, double room is tolerable. In my opinion there is no better place in Boston to stay!

The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel itself is physically not bad though it's in a quasi industrial area. There is no easy entrance from the parking area, though parking is free. The big problem we had with our stay was late in the evening there was an overpowering smell of cigarette smoke in our hallway and room even though all the rooms in our wing were NON SMOKING. The smell seemed to be seeping through the walls or ventillation system. Luckily if we closed the door between the bedroom and the sitting area in our suite we kept the smell out of the bedroom.

we stay at this hotel at least 8 times a year, the staff is great seems like Orlando.C in the front desk is there 24/7, he always takes the best care of us always with a smile! we come to Boston for business and this hotel accommodates us perfectly every time and will take care of any special need or request! big specious rooms with a small living room, very comfortable. another great! thing they have is a FREE shuttle around the area. they take us to work, bring us back, take you to whatever area you need to go for dinner..shopping...traveling...all done with a smile from Enrique.R the driver! he will give you direction and help you in any way he can. don't forget to leave a tip :)
oh, and of course there's a FREE breakfast with great fresh selection and fresh made waffels!
over all great staff, great hotel, good location, great amenities
