“Great Employees!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 26, 2012

Once again... the crew makes you feel so welcome, making this one of my favorite places to stay! Beginning with the smiles & welcome from Mohammed, Kenny & Adriatic to the continued warmth & service from Elizabeth, Caroline & Danny... great place to stay! My favorite in Boston!

Room Tip: Rooms with a view of the park are extra special!

My wife and I have stayed at Ritz-Carlton's around the world, and there is none just like the Boston Ritz. There is something I can't quite identify, but there is a sparkle about this one and my wife and I feel it every time we stay. Service is flawless, staff is friendly and accommodating without overbearing our time and space. Best hotel in America, simple as that.

Booked three nights for work at the Ritz-Carlton for myself and customers. The location near the commons was great and short walk in the morning to local shops and coffee. The Concierage was very good and over all service was good.. The hotel overall was just not that nice or exquisite for the price.. An average bar, foyer, rooms, hallways,etc.. So, for the money these areas should have been nicer... Will stay at the Wharf the next time.

This hotel was in a nice location adjacent to the Boston Commons. The staff was courteous and addressed every guest by name. It was almost "overkill" however since the front desk addressed me eight or nine times by name in one brief meeting. Having said this, however, the staff could not have been nicer. The cocktail lounge in the lobby was hospitable and inviting. The room was nice, but not nearly as nice as rooms in other Ritz Carlton's. Overall, this hotel was only slightly better than average and not on par with any other Ritz that we have stayed at in the last decade. My gut feeling is that the hotel is small and not every floor is designated as Ritz space (after the lobby, you ride up a few floors to get to the rooms). It is almost like the hotel is squeezed into a very confined space; it feels narrow and not spacious like one would expect from a Ritz Carlton. We have stayed in Boston numerous times at the Four Seasons and look forward to returning to the Four Seasons on our next trip to New England.

Stayed for one night with a friend before flying back to California. I wish I could have extended my stay. The hotel is wonderful and our suite was warm and well appointed. It was definitely the friendly and accommodating staff at the Ritz however that made our trip. The concierge's recommendation of Oishii Boston for dinner - a must-go for sushi lovers - was just what we were looking for. They also helped out with very early transportation to Logan. We truly appreciated their attention to detail and making us feel like special guests! I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Boston.

We stayed in this hotel during a family history trip in July. Everything experience upon entering the hotel was excellent! We were upgraded instantly and were provided wonderful service throughout our stay. The staff was personal and gracious. Caroline, the concierge, was wonderful and arranged fabulous day trips and perfect meal choices for our family! We can't wait to come back!

Stayed on business for a few days gave me a beautiful suite although the view was awful stay away from some room on the 9th floor which is were there is a landing with air conditioner units. Besides that everything perfect. Conceige helped with good dining recomendation and the service to bring and retrive my fedex was prompt and efficent. I highly recommend the hotel for business travelers

Room Tip: be careful of 9th floor
