“Great staff- particularly the drivers!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 29, 2013

my mom and I came for a visit to Boston University med center, we chose this hotel based on the shuttle to the med center and the fact that they had a wheel chair accessible bus. the staff was fantastic, so nice and so accommodating, particularly the drivers! we absolutely would stay here again based upon this! oh and the Restraunt next door was great! I had a salad with a delicious balsamic reduction yummy!

Great staying in Boston at the Ramada Inn! The hotel is located outside the centre, but it's very easy to reach thanks to the subway and to the free shuttle from the subway station to the hotel running all day long. The price was very good and the service excellent! The rooms were clean, very well furnished, and with all the facilities inside. One the best parts was also the breakfast, with its big variety of delicious food! If you want to have dinner, the hotel has a delicious restaurant nearby and a bowling room with some fast food for the fun! This hotel contributed to make my staying in Boston unforgettable!

My dad and I stayed at this Inn for 3 nights while visiting family during Thanksgiving. If you are looking for a fancy hotel near a lot of action- this is not the place for you.

Positives: The beds were comfortable and the room was relatively clean. The price was right ($64 per night on Priceline). The staff were friendly. Parking was free.

Negatives: cold, dingy hallways leading to room, poor breakfast choices and very crowded breakfast room, maid forgot to clean the room one day, very tiny room, thin walls ( heard people "getting freaky" in the room next door one night).

Overall this is a cheap place to stay but is not that great. It's fine for people who are very easy to please. I survived three nights but will be staying elsewhere on future trips to Boston.

2 of 5 stars Reviewed December 27, 2012 via mobile

Stayed several weeks in this hotel so I got to know the good and the bad here. The hotel itself is very poorly constructed. It's hard to describe but it's almost like they took a motel and kind of halfway closed it off to make a hotel only they left a lot of gaps and crevices where the cold air blows through. The free breakfast is very good although its almost entirely carbs; they could definitely use some more protein. One of the rooms I was in was infested by ants. Many times they neglected to replenish the coffee for the in-room coffee maker and the front desk wouldn't deliver it because there was only one person manning it and housekeeping wasn't on-site yet. Most of the staff is very friendly and they have a pretty elaborate shuttle system/schedule to get to the airport and subway. Traffic is horrible getting in and out of Boston proper from here (be prepared to pay about 25 bucks each way).
