I took my husband here for his birthday, and we had a wonderful meal. The entire staff was great, and really cared about our dining experience, they even printed 'Happy Birthday' on our menus. We started with the oyster sliders and 1/2 dozen oysters that the waitress suggested, the sliders were awesome and it was fun to try different oysters from the east and west coast. We then had a small basket of fried clams, which were my husbands favorite. For dinner we ordered the Lobster Roe Noodles and the Scallops, both dishes were delicious, I really enjoyed the pasta dish. We didn't order dessert, but our waitress brought out a small birthday treat - sorbet, which was refreshing. ICOB gets pretty busy, so I would make a reservation (even for a week night). Also, the earlier you are there the better, as they tend to run out of specials as the night goes on.
