I'm not sure how this place seems to get 4 star reviews on some other sites. Hole in the wall? I'll gladly look over that if you make good food. Opened my shawarma plate, and everything looked old and gross. But... ok, sometimes looks are deceiving, so I took a bite. It was horrid. Not just badly done Middle Eastern food, but inedible. Old, greasy, and gross. This place seems to be a hit with the post-midnight drunk/high crowd, so if that's you're thing and you don't care about the quality of food, then give Azama's a try at 2am. But if you're looking for a yummy shawarma or falafel, save yourself the money. Their food is not made to be eaten sober.
