“Burger King on Boylston St. at Copley Sq., Boston”
I feel stupid writing a review for a Burger King (BK) franchise, but hopefully I hope that others have better experience with this one in the future, so I am writing anyway.
In Boston, I needed to finish a quick dinner before a red-eye flight home the next day. So, I visited long-time favorite fastfood BK, one on Boylston St. of Copley Sq., which was the nearest from my hotel.
I thought this would be a typical burger king franchise. However, it was a bit odd that they lock rest room upstairs and open it only upon explicit request. To make matters worse, they do not offer refills free. Yes, there would be such a practice at certain locations. Still, from my long time experience with BK, it is quite rare. At the least, they should make it clear somewhere. I feel deceived and also the sneer of the manager when I made a brief argument still lingers in my mind.
I guess I should not have expected any customer service from fastfood franchise.
