Stayed in the Hilton for a few nights on business. The location was great, extremely easy to get to from the Airport via a walkway. The views over the bay were fantastic and very easy to get to using public transport. Big room with a very large bathroom and two king size beds. Fantastic for a business trip.

The location is fine evidently, unless you feel like wandering outside.

My gripe is the awful breakfast. Undrinkable coffee and a dried out pastry. I got my money back.

The meal in the restaurant was distinctly unimpressive.

Evidently Hilton does not mean the same here as in Europe.

We stayed here with a Caravan Tour. The room and hotel common areas were very nice and clean. The restaurants were also good. However, the service is not. I accidentally left the power cord for a piece of medical equipment in the room. I called them the next day to see if I could pay them to ship it to my next stop on the tour. I could not get anyone who could speak english very well (including the managers) and no one seemed to care at all about my problem. Not the kind of service you expect from a hotel in this price range. I have stayed at many other Hilton hotels in various places and never had a problem. Perhaps this is unique to this location.

I booked this hotel via lastminute.com and it was good value for money at £74 for a king sized bedroom. Choose this hotel as we only had two days to see Boston and were flying out on the second day back to the UK. Staying at the airport meant that we didn't have to drag our bags in and out of the city on public transport.

We did go in and out of the city to sightsee using the T subway system. Either walking to Terminal A from the Hotel through the Skytunnel (covered walkway - 5 mins) and then getting on the Silverline bus which is part of the Boston T Subway and Bus system (tickets can be purchased just inside the Terminal by the bus stop, or taking the hotel free shuttle bus to the Airport T station on the Blueline to catch the Subway train. The Silverline takes you to the habour area and the Blueline into the city centre (both areas are worth checking out.

Very comfortable room and all amenties were good. we didn't dine in the hotel, but grabbed a Starbucks and Bagel in the lobby coffee shop (open 5.30am - 12.30pm only).
