“Good location and service”

walking distance to Faneuil hall and other hot spots. Concierge was vet accommodating and helped me print some documents in color free of charge. Room was nice, had a rustic feel but was clean. Good restaurants all around

Dear NYE Guest,

Happy New Year!

We are happy to hear of your recent stay and thank you for taking time to share your experience. Our location is often recognized by our guests and is truly a major marketing advantage in our marketplace. As well, service is an expected amenity for which our team is equally prepared.

Millennium Hotels and Resorts recently invested significant capital at this Boston location and worked with renowned designers to maintain the personality and rustic feel of old Boston. The high beam ceilings, working fireplaces and classic Juliet Balconies were infused with the modern touches found in the baths', food and beverage outlets and main lobby areas.

We are excited to see your comments on the decor and look forward to your return visit.

Thank you,

Robert Rivers

This is our new favorite stay in Boston. The hotel is located next to Quincy Market, within walking distance of the North End, easily reached by the highway. Our room was spotless, large, nicely laid-out, and beautifully appointed. The beds are extremely comfortable. We liked the small courtyard -- made access to the front lobby much less hectic than trying to access directly from the street. And valet parking and the concierge service is a big plus!

We only stayed one night, but we were impressed enough that this is now our number one choice in Boston. We visit several times a year and have tried a number of hotels. This is the only one that we will be sure to seek out next time.

Great central location - you're just over the road from Faneuil Hall market place, which at Christmas is full of lights and trees. Stayed in room 528, which had a great floor to ceiling view of North End Park and beyond. Can't really comment on the restaurant, as we ate elsewhere, but the concierge was very helpful, as were the doormen.

I had my company book 10 rooms for a Christmas party in Boston. I was slightly skeptical because the last time we stayed there, the hotel was under construction and we weren't all that happy. What a difference a few years makes.
The lobby and restaurant (all new) are beautiful now. Much nicer that the pre-construction look. The people are very nice and the rooms are extremely well appointed. The best feature of the hotel is the location. Just steps away from Faneuil Hall Marketplace. Lots of fun, no cab or drive home of any kind!
Some reviews talk about the noise - we were directly facing Faneuil Hall an we weren't bothered a bit, and our stay was a Saturday night.
I would definitely go back. We all enjoyed our stay.

Room Tip: Some people suggest shying away from the Fanueil Hall side. Not only weren't we bothered by the...

This was my second stay at this property. I booked an online shopping package that included a $50 dining credit at 26 North. The front desk staff were friendly and the check in process went smoothly. I received a welcome bag that contained maps and brochures on the local shopping malls.

The room had a nice view of the Quincy Market. There is a fair amount of street noise, so be aware of this if you ask for a balcony room overlooking North St. The room seemed to be on the small side for a "superior plus upgrade" but I guess that's par for the course in most cities. The beds were comfortable.

Overall I enjoyed my stay and would return the next time I'm in Boston.

This hotel is in a great location - plenty to do and see on foot. The rooms were well sized and clean, the front door staff and bellman were great - very helpful and friendly! The rooms are also reasonable for a hotel this nice in this location. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Dear Past Guest,

We appreciate your recent stay at Millennium Bostonian Hotel and value your subject line noting 'gorgeous property great location'. We are very proud of this properties redesign and our team is eager to please each arriving guest.

Boston is about its neighborhoods, shopping, dining and entertainment and we are fortunate to be in the middle of it all. Location is one key contributor to our success and service commitment is as important.

Our Juliet balconies offer stunning views of Boston, regardless of season, and add an interesting design element not found in downtown. This truly places the guest within reach of our history, culture and vibe of Boston.

Please let us know of your future travel plans so I can personally select similar accommodations.

Happy Holidays,
