“Lovely Hotel!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 17, 2012

We stayed here for 3 nights in September. very large modern hotel, great location, you can walk straight into the shopping mall with loads of shops and a large food court with lots of choice for a quick lunch. The room was for 3 people and very spacious, very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. We used the swimming pool and the jacuzzi which was nice after walking all day sightseeing! reception staff were very helpful. We found it easy to get around Boston from this hotel. really enjoyed and would stay again.

We stayed at the Boston Marriott Copley Place as part of a New England tour. This is the perfect place to stay if you don't know Boston and want to get around easily. You can walk to restaurants and the Shops at the Prudential Center and Copley Place. The concierge staff knew which restaurants to go to, which tours were the best and how to access the subway to get anywhere in Boston.

Room Tip: Ask for a view of the Charles River.

I visited whilst attending a conference for four nights. While the rooms were excellent, the public bars and lounges were unpleasant and noisy. We experienced very poor service in one although other staff were helpful. The price of the hotel, even with a discount, was very high and the failure to provide adequate internet, a rip-off, even if typical for such chains. There was no sense of style or quality about the place. Avoid if you can.

The king bed in our room was incredibly comfortable; it had support, but felt so fluffy and luxurious that I wanted to make "bed angels" in it. Service staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the in-house Starbucks was convenient in the morning.
The hotel connects to a large indoor mall that houses a T stop, so it's easy to get around town or up into the Harvard/Davis area.

This place is very busy. It is attached via walkway to two very nice malls. It is close to attractions and universities. The valet parking service was very quick to get your car. The rooms and amenities were very nice. Althouhg the beds were a little soft for me. The staff was plesant and helpful. Our only complaints were that the halways were very cold and there was no free wi-fi in the rooms.

Room Tip: If you are visiting Notheastern or BU ask for their rate, you'll save some money.

Our son and his father stayed at this Marriott in June and preferred this Marriott over the Long Wharf .They arrived late to find the Concierge recently closed however an attentive employee could not have been nicer and asked the two what they wanted and preceded to order them food from the restaurant asap. They were extremely exhausted and tired after a long drive so this TLC is exactly what was needed. Needless to say my son was completely impressed by this level of attention while enjoying the excellent views of the city and felt that the location really gave him a feel for Boston. I was surprised he did not prefer the Long Wharf but he insisted that this hotel has a "city feel" unlike the Long Wharf. He loved the quick access to the Copley Mall (very high end) which is basically attached to the hotel but then a skywalk across the busy street below connects to the Prudential where there is another mall (more typical stores) very nice with lots of dining options. Their room was great with exceptional city views. Great accommodations, great food, great location ...really, what more could you ask for.

As cabin crew jet setting around the world. This hotel is by far the comfiest, cosy one that I have stayed in. The staff are wonderful and helpful. You are literally right in the middle of Boston so it provides great links to either go shopping, the subway or Whale watching.

The beds are unbelievably comfortable, I tend to fall asleep on them by accident with all the lights on!
Sadly I won't be going to Boston anymore as my fleet will no longer operate it. I am absolutely gutted, going to Boston is more of a pleasure than a chore and I will definitely miss it!
I will definitely be making the most of it on my last two trips.
