“So much history”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 22, 2013

This burying ground has so much history that you could spend hours and hours here. There are lots of signboards identifying where the graves are and a bit of history on each. This is in the middle of the city, and easy to get to.
Very amazing to see the resting place of so many famous Americans.

“Granary Burying Ground”

So much history all in one place. The gravestones are gorgeous and add so much character to the burial yard. The lot is really well signed to help you identify and locate the graves that you are interested in.

“Famous Bostonians buried here”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 19, 2013 via mobile

Right in the middle of the city, near the King's Chapel and the Omni Parker. It is a very old cemetery that has the gravestones of Paul Revere, Sam Adams, and the parents of Ben Franklin (among other famous Bostonians).it is cool place to stop while heading to the Commons or the financial district.

“A interesting visit”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 18, 2013 via mobile

My girlfriend is American so she enjoyed very much this place and it means a lot for her and for all the American people. It's interesting to think that this men and women put the base for the actual American and died for the freedomand their land.A interesting visit and a step into the past, the only negative thing was my meeting with a very rude tour guide.

“OLD and unique cemetery”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 11, 2013

If you visit Boston, you must visit at least one of the old graveyards. The engravings on the headstones are fascinating. They would put skulls with wings on the top of the headstone!
