The Pops are great. Symphony music in a popular way. We've seen them 3 times at our children's college for parents weekend and it's always a delightful show. Might be boring for younger children or those not interested in symphony type music.
Another fantastic performance by the Boston Pops on the Heights at Boston College. We enjoy this event every year. Special guest performers Harry Connick Jr. and Brandon Marsalis were an added bonus to an already wonderful evening. Way to go BC! We love the Pops.
Gorgeous architecture and great acoustics. The orchestra is grand. No one should miss this experience in Boston. Once you have seen/heard one of their concerts, you will never miss a TV appearance!
Anything Keith conducts is worth attending. fantastic musician and cute too! The Pops Christmas concert is always a worthwhile concert to attend. really starts the holiday season.
Whether on the esplanade on the July 4th extravaganza or in Symphony Hall in the spring, the Pops is a great musical experience. Led by the ever energetic Keith Lockhart, they have fun and share it with you.
