“Don’t pass them by!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2013

If you pass the New England Holocaust Museum, make sure you stop and visit this poignant memorial. The five chimneys represent concentration camps and the memorial includes first-hand accounts of the stories from survivors. It includes some truly thought provoking quotes.

“Good experience”

It was really a neat experience to see this Holocaust Memorial. The names go on and on. Bring a camera you will want to capture this.

“Humbling”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2013

Don't pass by this memorial without stopping to walk through it and reading the quotes from Holocaust survivors and servicemen. It is an extremely moving experience and takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk through it. It is free.

“Somber reminder”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2013

A bit out of place, juxtaposed with the loud cheering outside Fanuiel Square, this memorial is a powerful and respectful memorial of the holocaust. The minimalist approach works well to keep the focus on its message. While painful, I recommend reading each of the quotes along the way and notice the number of prisoner numbers inscribed on the glass... incredibly moving.

“Moving”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2013

The six striking glass pillars represent a different concentration camp and etched into them are thousands and thousands of numbers representing the prisoners that suffered there. There are also quotes from Holocaust survivors on each pillar which are both horrific and moving. Take some time of your day to visit the New England Holocaust Memorial and reflect.
