The concept of a children's museum is that the child should enjoy learning in a safe environment. Not sure I would recommend this - we took our then 5 year old granddaughter on a Sunday. We went early, just as the doors opened, thinking that we could 'beat' the crowds. NOPE! place was packed! Packed all the way to the top floor! It was very hard to keep an eye on her, and still let her go at her own pace. We came away exhausted w/ the stress and noise level.
Interesting sign at the admission counter: No one would be admitted without a child.
also, I was shocked at the price of the tickets. I feel that a museum aimed at children should appreciate that young families don't have a lot of $$$ for this, plus the cost of parking, makes it prohibitive for families with more than one child!
