Owner description: This Italian neighborhood, Boston's oldest, is known for its wonderful restaurants and historic sights. Walk the cobblestone streets to take in the architecture and aromas of delicious food, and visit Paul Revere's house and the Old North Church while you're in the neighborhood.

“Clean, friendly and something for everyone”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 20, 2013

The area is very well kept. It felt quite safe and by exploring off the beaten path, you can find amazing pastry shops, bakeries and restaurants. Don`t just go for the main street, there is so much more to see.

“A Little Bit of Italy in Boston”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 19, 2013

The North End is a fun place to check out and always has tons of people walking in the area. The restaurants, cafes, bakeries, as well as its architecture and quaintness gives it its own character. If you are a tourist, I definitely recommend to check out this place as there is the Old North Church, the Paul Revere House and the Freedom Trail.

“Vibrant neighborhood”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 19, 2013

A great part of Boston to live in when vacationing. Great restos, coffee shops, breakfast place (My Cousin's Place) 24 hour bakery (Bova's), superb takeout pizza (Regina's). Walking distance to everywhere.

“Best places for dinner, a stroll and dessert”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 18, 2013

The North End is Boston's Italian section. You can stroll, get pleasantly lost, shop, dine, get a pastry and just people watch. It's a safe area, too! For restaurants, try Strega, Al Dente or Mare. They are very different and worth it! For dessert, go to both Mike's or The Modern and see which one you like best. There's a running disagreement in Boston as to which one is the best.
