“The best of Boston”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 16, 2012

Simply put, this is the best place to start and end your Boston day trip. The Wharf has plenty of parking and is as reasonable as you'll find for prices. It's a very modest walk from downtown, and the Freedom Trail starts here. And the best part? Food! The Italian North End has some of Boston's best bakeries and restaurants. I've been coming to Boston for many years, and I always use the North End as my base of operation. I've always felt safe walking here, even in the dead of night, and it's convenient to I-93. It's what Boston used to be before it grew up and up and up.

“Fun walk”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 13, 2012 via mobile

We walked through Botons north end after we had dinner at Pizzeria Regina and it was really fun. It was a quiet Monday night in November and many of the quaint restaurants we walked by we're still packed out. I can just imagine how busy and bustling it would be on a weekend. We will be back to try one of the restaurants we walked by!
