Visited during the very slow tourist season: just before Christmas week. Perfect timing. Easy parking. Local college was not in session, so no traffic.
Excellent tour guide. Guide was helpful, but not necessary because all exhibits are concisely documented. JFK had a relatively short public life. The museum addresses all of the key points. Make sure you check out the CIA's psychological profile of Fidel Castro, around the time of the Cuban missile crisis. He was truly the original "hope and change" candidate. There was little on his legislative programs while in the Oval Office, especially his initiatives that were turned into actuality by his successor, LBJ.
The cool part was that I lived through almost all of these events, as a distant observer. Nice café. Good store. Outstanding location on the Boston waterfront.
