We stayed here over Christmas holiday weekend. The place decorated so pretty. The staff was friendly and the warm chocolate cookies given us when we checked in were yummy! The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The price was very reasonable too. It is also in a good location to Biltmore area shops etc..

Our room was clean and fresh. We wish we knew it was pet friendly we would have brought our little Pumpkin. Still enjoyable. Nice warm chocolate cookies and friendly staff. Will return. Excellent location for shopping, walking to the stores, and going to the Biltmore. A great value for the money.

We have stayed here many times before because of the location to Biltmore House. The staff always greets us by name and we feel welcome each time. The rooms are always clean and fresh. We have never had a problem here so we always come back. If you are meeting friends or family in Asheville for a stay this is the place to be.

We stayed here over Christmas and really enjoyed our stay. Beds are super comfortable and there are a lot of pillows to choose from on the bed. Bathroom is small, no fan. Very quiet and never heard people in the halls. Pet friendly and even though we didn't have one with us, we loved seeing all the pets traveling with their owners. Great gym and pool - extremely clean. Loved the location and how close it was to shopping and other places we went to. Front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. On Christmas morning we opened our door to a treat from Santa hanging on the door..., such a special surprise! Would definitely go back.
