My boyfriend and I stayed here in October of 2004, all the leaves were gone, but we still had a great time in downtown Asheville. The Compassionate Inn was a great place to escape to at the end of the day. We chose their newest room which had a full kitchen and bathroom with shower only. I stopped by Earth Fare to pick up ingredients to make a nice meal on our first night there. The room is nicely decorated and Reva and Lorena took the time to show us where everything was.
I took part in an Rekki enery healing session with Reva, and surprised my boyfriend with a massage from the Inns masseuse.
Overall it was a pleasant stay, which is probably 5X better when the leaves are still on!
