We recently spent 3 nights at this B&B on a trip that was part business but very pleasurable, nonetheless. We could not find a review, so we just took a chance on it. We like to sit outside and this place had both a back deck and a covered front porch. It was perfectly located for all that we wanted to do -- 12 minutes south of the Grove Park Inn, 6 minutes south of downtown, 6 minutes north of the Biltmore shops, but on a relatively quiet, out-of-the-way street. We had a 2-room suite and that was great because my wife likes to wake up about 4 am. The breakfasts were uniformly delicious. Our hosts, Dusty and Jamison, were most amiable, though terribly busy during the day, but we got a chance to chat some before going out to dinner and enjoyed their company very much. They normally serve breakfast from 8:30 to 9:30, but my wife had a meeting at 8 am the first morning, so Jamison whipped up an omelot at 7:30 -- pretty cool. Nothing pretentious here, but a wonderfully agreeable experience. Recommend it highly.
