“Good accommodation for a large group”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 12, 2013

The service was excellent. The waitress seamlessly served 9 people who shifted the seating arrangement between salad and entree. The food was very good, served hot, and tasty. The servings are generous.
The noise level was moderate.

“O So Good”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 10, 2013

Our server Stephanie was wonderful she was attentive and knowledgeable. She told us all about the restaurant, the owners, and the food on the menu. She made great suggestions. We had the caprese salad that was so fresh. Fresh house made bread accompanies all the meals. We had the Penne bolognese and the Strada all Vodka. The bolognese tasted like it came from Nonno's kitchen. So full of flavor not just your standard bolognese. The Strada all Vodka was good (all be it a little too cheesy for me.I loved that they offer 2 portion sizes. We ordered the smaller portion which left us room to share a dessert. We had the Hummingbird Cake housemade also. They used lots of Fresh pineapple and lots of nuts. O So Good! Great place!! Wish they were here in Michigan.

“Really good home made Italian food with foodie flair”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 8, 2013 via mobile

There are a lot of restaurants inAsheville as you have discovered, but for some reason, i had not heard much on this; other real foodie places seem to get the press. Nonetheless, this was an excellent meal. Beautiful building for casual or fancy attire. Lasagna was too big to eat, had to take some home.Chicken Marsala was real nice as well says Mrs. D.
Service fantastic and you will be pleased to have Kelsey be your wait person. Don't miss it!

“Took the tour and will CERTAINLY be back!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 6, 2013

My wife and I are regulars for the Asheville music and food scene and we try to always combine these passions. This weekend we discovered Strada and it will now be added to our menu of menus. Great vibe and decor, friendly and informed service, and a wide variety of menu items combined for a well deserved weekend to decompress. We both started with wine, and a Cesar salad that were both good. She went pasta and I went with the grille. Her Strada alla vodka was full of flavor and hearty creams that pulled the flavors of the spinach and the tomato basil together magically with the old world macaroni. My entree of the Tuscan Duck would have been a meal in and of itself. However, the addition of the Tuscan Figs, Chianti Reduction & Basil with Risotto del Giorno and Broccolini made this a true representation of Strada's capabilities to please a pallet.

We are already perusing the menu for our next trip and looking forward to sharing this place with our friends and family!
