Being a self trained chef, the authentic food experience was my # 1 goal. I found it in Curate.
We went for lunch and got seated right away. For someone not experienced in Spanish tapas, there is definitely no problem there! When our server Krista came to the table, we asked her to recommend tapas and not only was she extreemly well versed in the menu, but she took the time to write down all the names of cheeses and meats we so enjoyed! All the perks of fine dining without the formality. It was an elegant-casual atmosphere. Every part of the experience was top notch! We will definitely go there when we return. It certainly was a jewel of a place.
