Many people from all over said this restaurant was a must in Asheville. All of those people were right! You can sit at the "bar" and watch a very full kitchen of some 12 people doing what they do best...working with food! This place is nothing short of amazing. We were seated at the rear of the restaurant, which took on a bit of a quieter dining experience. Our table of 4 had about 10-12 different plates. Our overall favorite was the secreto iberico a las finas hierbas. Simply put, grilled pork infused with rosemary & thyme. Mouthwatering! The ultimate gin & tonic, was, in fact, ultimate! The best gin & tonic ever. Floating alongside the ice cubes were flowers, juniper berries and lime. I had two! I would also suggest the butternut squash soup. But only if you like flavor riding on a carpet of velvet. The sauteed spinach with aplles, raisins and pine nuts is also a winner. Run, don't walk to this fine find.
