After spending hours online researching B & B's in Asheville, we decided to book The Pinecrest for 4 days in the first week of September. I'm sooo gload we did. We had such a wonderful stay there. Staying at The Pinecrest was truly the highlight of our trip to Asheville. The 100+year old home is tastefully decorated, absolutely immaculate and is beautiful inside and out. Janna and Stacey, the innkeepers, are so gracious and welcoming. Their sincere hospitality is above and beyond any of our expectations. They just do everything right and they genuinely want your visit to be as enjoyable and memorable as possible. Both Janna and Stacey have such a helpful and extensive knowledge of Asheville and area and we know our visit was further enhanced by their perfect suggestions of restaurants to try, hikes to take and sights to see. That the inn is located within an easy walking distance to town (and Whole Foods!) is yet another bonus to staying here.
They are incredibly and graciously accommodating of special diet requests here and make it appear as though it's no trouble at all to offer gluten-free afternoon goodies and most especially, gluten-free blueberry waffles at breakfast, which were fabulous! Their three-course breakfasts are over-the-top delicious and beautifully presented. These two lovely ladies really make their guests feel special and we definitely plan to visit Asheville again and will look forward to booking our stay at The Pinecrest.
