The location in a quiet neighborhood is ideal for visiting all areas of Asheville. Only 5 minutes to downtown and maybe 10 minutes to the Biltmore Estate. Christian and Claudia were fantastic hosts who made us feel completely at home (they even bought a second high chair for our son because another child was using their other one). Breakfast was delicious both mornings we stayed. We look forward to our next visit!

The owners of this quaint inn made this trip extra special. In addition to helping us find great local places to go they served us a wonderful breakfast in a home style environment. The atmosphere was so friendly, my wife and I can't wait to get back and spend time with Christian and Claudia again. We have stayed at many places, but the Sweet Biscuit has that extra hospitality that sets it apart. The house is not only beautiful and immaculate, but also within minutes of everything you want to see.

We really enjoyed a couple of nights here. The Inn is extremely clean and furnishings are interesting. The breakfast is very good and there is easy access to the Blue Ridge Pkwy., Biltmore , and downtown Asheville. The owners are very friendly and engaging. The price is reasonable and the neighborhood was very nice. We would definitely return for another stay!!!

My wife and I stayed with our 5 year old daughter for 5 days and the place was great. The hotel is extremely clean - my wife suffers from severe asthma and it is always a challenge for us to travel anywhere but we had no issue here. No need for the medicine we always bring along. Christian and Claudia are super friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast is superb – different every day as well. Our daughter loved the house, playground and outside area– several days she asked to get back to the “hotel”. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.
