Made this a stop from Fort Lauderdale back to Pennsylvania. suggestion buy your ticket online to save a little money thank God teenagers for free. Magnificent piece of property could spend the day there. save time to go into the winery free samples knowledgeable staff. The village is quaint my daughter even did the stomping of the grapes. Wonderful day little expensive but worth it.

“Magnificent property”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2014

Definitely worth a visit. Traveling with my mom in a wheelchair and two teenagers. Thank god kids were free through September. Cost is a little high I would suggest you pre order tickets no problem picking them up at reservations. Through the little expensive water bottle is $3 but it said the Biltmore. Seems like they get you coming and going they want to charge you for an audio tour. Absolutely beautiful property. Very well staffed , patient very kind people. Went to the village after not a whole lot of parking
Stopped in at the winery nice ended up in the gift shop of course.. had ice cream at the creamery really good well worth it . actually drove from Fort Lauderdale on our way back to Pennsylvania and stopped at the Biltmore. Absolutely magnificent piece of property and house. Well worth the trip the girls loved it.

“Wonderful family experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2014

Look Ill be honest with you a Visit to Biltmore can be a bit pricey, I brought my wife, son and his wife and 3 grandchildren under 5. Allthough the kids were free it was over $200.00 just in admission. That said we had a thoroughly enjoyable time and felt the cost of admission was a great value. We are considering buying a second home nearby and I will certainly be purchasing an annual pass. There is so much to do and the quality of the staff , grounds and activities is fantastic. We took a very nice carriage ride through the woods and saw deer and a very unique viewpoint of the Mansion. Loved it, Thanks Mr vanderbilt for creating such a wonderful place to visit!

“Still my favorite attraction”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2014

The Biltmore Estate has something for everyone, making it a favorite for my family! From the house tour with its behind the scenes specials, to the fantastic shopping, to the high quality of the food and wine, and the superb outdoor activities, you will never be bored! The staff is full of information about pretty much everything and extremely kind. Do not be afraid to take your kids here, they have specials for the little ones all the time! Make the Biltmore a hot spot for your family too!

“Timeless Classic”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2014

It doesn't matter how many times I visit I'm still awestruck but eh sheer magnitude and beauty...
This time I took my grandchildren...get the audio for children its told by the family dog
and they supply the kids with a treasure hunt type of guide..things to discover along the way..
If you are able book ahead for the Butlers Tour or the Architectual Tour...that may also keep interest a bit longer and less crowds to deal with...
