“Very Satisfying Stay”

Stayed for 3 nights the week before Easter. Had a nice sized room with a comfortable king bed and small sofa. Had a problem with the bathroom sink stopper being broken and advised the front desk. Wasn't fixed the first day but was fixed by the second day. The hot breakfast was good. Convenient to the interstate and not that far from down town (or uptown as they say in Asheville). The parking lot is a little hilly, so going to and from the car with suitcases could be difficult for some. All and all for the price, my husband and I were very satified with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and recommend to others who are planning a visit to Asheville.

When we arrived this afternoon, exhausted after a tiring drive over the mountains, we were confronted with incompetence by the girl at the front desk. There were no luggage carts...she said, "well, I only have three. You will have to wait till one comes down!" Ten or so minutes later, she called someone in maintainance, only to discover he was no longer at work. So, finally, my husband and I, senior citizens loaded down like pack mules with no cart, staggered our way to our room, only to find neither key worked!

We have stayed here before because of its convenience, and probably will again, but this hotel didn't have its best game this Easter Sunday.

We always stay here when we go to Asheville. Hotel is easy to locate and very near the Biltmore estate. We have stayed here about 10 times now but this is the first time we filled out a review. The hotel is recently renovated which is quite nice. I like the new look. THe breakfast is always very nice to have in the morning. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable of the area. All in all a great place to stay!

Stopped here while travelling to Florida and was pleased with the price, service, location (Exit 33 off I-26) and quality of the room. This was as nice as some of the the more upscale Courtyards and you get a free breakfast to boot! Our room was spacious, had a sofa, king bed, upgraded bathroom with glass-walled shower, big, flat screen TV, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. There is also high-speed internet and a small business center with computers and a printer. The building is 15 years old but has had some remodeling. A small "store" in the lobby sells snacks, soft drinks and even microwavable dinners. Free cookies at check-in!There are several nearby, reasonably priced restaurants and 5 miles away on I-26 is Biltmore Village featuring a wide variety of entertainment and upscale dining options. If you are looking for a place to spend the night (or more than one night) in the Asheville area consider this motel. It's close to the Biltmore Estate, as well. The spa was closed for renovation during our visit but we were just passing through so this wasn't a big deal for us.

Not only was this one of the quietest hotels, but the staff is so friendly. They must be the most down to earth nicest ladies working there. They go above and beyond for example, I left my IPad in my hotel room after checking out and getting to the airport. I was already through security before I had noticed, I called the hotel and they actually went out of their way to bring it to me at the airport. You all deserve more praise than I can fit into a short review. A million thanks to these people.

I've stayed at a bunch of Fairfield Inns now, and this is probably the nicest. Fairly new and in a great location for exploring the Blueridge Parkway, Biltmore, and Asheville. The front desk ladies are super nice and have been seriously helpful both times I've stayed there. The fresh-baked cookies are a great way to "come home" each night, and my kids love the pool.

We booked this hotel as part of a package from the Biltmore Estate. The hotel was very comfortable and located just an exit or two from the Biltmore Estate exit. The complimentary breakfast helped us keep our eating out costs down. There is an indoor pool, but it's a very small spa-sized pool (3ft to 4.5ft deep, I think). We did not have time to take advantage of it, but I wanted to point out that it's available.
