“Great Value, Nice Staff, Clean Room”

We stayed here in 2010 when we visited The Biltmore for the first time. We made a spur of the moment trip again this year to take photos. It is easy to reach the Biltmore without having to pay extra for being next door. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The staff was super friendly. The room was VERY clean. The bed was very comfortable (Loved The Sheets!). We had a little trouble with the shower head the first night.... but got it to work the second night. The breakfast is what you think it will be. Mass produced eggs. lumpy gravy and so-so biscuts. They had fresh fruit, muffins, different breads, oatmeal, and more. We ate breakfast the first morning, went to Cracker Barrel the second morning. I would suggest getting a room that faces the front parking lot if you can. We did notice some noise from the hwy from our room. Great Value

Room Tip: Get a room on the front parking lot side - away from the highway

My wife, two kids and I stayed in this Hampton inn for five days and four nights last week. We stayed on the first floor across from the indoor pool. Our room was very clean when we arrived. The lobby of the hotel is impressive and the staff very nice. There is fresh coffee all day in the lobby. The breakfast they serve is very impressive and the workers are very nice and keep all items stocked.

The location of the hotel is PERFECT! It is two miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and about 10-15 minutes from downtown Asheville and the Biltmore. Just down from the hotel is a little pull off to access the French Broad River, which is amazing! The pool is very clean and the kids had a blast, towels are frequently stocked, so no need to bring them from your room. Each day our room was made to look like we just checked in by the cleaning staff. Even staying on the first floor by the pool, the room was very quiet for the most part. The bed was comfortable and our family had a great time. You should book this hotel.

We spent 2 nights at the Hampton in early April while passing through the area to visit the Biltmore and check out downtown Asheville. Chose this property based on Travel Advisor reviews. Found hotel to be a good value (and looked at 3 other properties); room and bathroom were functional and extremely clean. Husband and I both enjoyed the breakfast (excellent variety and good quality) and grabbed a welcome cup of coffee from the lobby when returning to the room after a busy day. Would definitely recommend.

bathroom was not clean we had large clumps of hair in the shower/ Pool deck was a mess hair bands all over the deck no clean towels and staff was too slow to bring them out. Hot tub was more like luke warm bathwater and the staff treated us like we were putting them out and they could care less.

This Guarantee is the foundation of our Brand and when your concerns were brought to my attention I was happy to credit your card for the cost of your room. My family of four picked this hotel since it was close to the Biltmore Estate. We had yet to attempt staying at the Inn on Biltmore (check my reviews for that one, fabulous!), and we wanted something kid friendly. The Hampton Inn was a delightful surprise. The room was pleasant and easy to keep kids entertained in. The breakfast was superb! We were beyond impressed. When checking out, my 2 1/2 year old got a hold of some phone and was paging the front desk. The girl behind the desk decided to play along with her and I really appreciated that. It was nice to see the personnel going above and beyond to make our stay nice. I would definitely stay here again!

By that I mean it's a realtively new Hampton, nice furnishing, comfortable bed, clean rooms. The complimentary breakfast was good - cheese omelet, sausage, selection of fruit, fruit jucies, yogurt, cereal and waffle bar. Staff was polite, helpful and courteous. This is what you expect when you check into a Hampton's and what you pay for - no hassles, no worries.

I love the word "Core" that you used in your review. It indicates something that resides deep within. I have been at this hotel for 23 years and as the Hampton Brand and one of the reasons is that as a Brand Hampton realizes that you must listen to our guests and change as their needs and expectations change. Just had a pleasurable 3 night 4 day visit. This hotel is always very clean and a great value. The pool and hot tub are the perfect temperature and very well maintained. The parking area is well lit and not overly crowded.The room was well kept and very quite. My only complaint is the breakfast could use a update.
