“Staff is great!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2014

A little further from downtown Asheville than we wanted to be, but the complimentary shuttle service filled that gap nicely. Staff was efficient and helpful at every turn, but the breakfast was a little disappointing - eggs inedible, but there was plenty to substitute.

The hotel is dated, along with the surrounding area. This section of Asheville seems in decline. While it may be the place for hip, urban dwellers, I would not recommend for families with young children.

location just on perimeter of trendy areas means that the price is lower than hotels downtown. the free shuttle gets you downtown, Grove Park, Biltmore Village without the hassle of parking. the staff are extraordinarily friendly and are very helpful with recommendations and directions.

Picked this hotel because of rating on trip advisor, was not disappointed.

The good- Liked the shuttle that would take you anywhere you wanted to go downtown. Rooms where great and beds really comfortable. Nice and quite.

The Great- The staff! Cant remember the guys name but worked front desk and drove the van (parents are from Cuba) was very entertaining and offered great customer service! We own 3 business's and he is a great asset to your company!

The bad-Last shuttle run is 10pm
overall would stay here again!

I utilize this hotel at least once a month for business. The hotel is located in a great restaurant area and is very close to the mall and downtown. The staff always great you. I would recommend highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

Room and bath were roomy and very clean. Plenty of room to walk around without bumping into something. Had a desk, Wi-Fi was free and worked seamlessly. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a variety of items including a hot menu of omelets, sausage, biscuits, eggs. Hotel located near shopping mall, several restaurants, and was convenient to downtown as well as Biltmore Village.

Stayed here this past Monday Night, the hotel was clean, well kept staff friendly, helpful and appeared to be a fairly new property, good location only minutes from downtown with great choices with the free breakfast and very quiet A/C
