I am actually not sure how they manage to remain open. The overall experience of this restaurant is they truly need to do a deep cleaning. They need to retrain their staff on customer service. A gentleman at the next table had to leave his credit card so he could walk out to his car to retrieve something Forget the fact he left a part of his electronics at the table, obviously he was going to return. The waitress told him, in a loud enough voice for all of us to hear, she would have to pay for his salad is he took off and that had happened before. Another table behind us had his fish sandwich delivered to him RAW! He was finally able to find the waitress and tell her, it took 20 minutes to get another one! His wife had finished her meal and gone to the ladies room before he got his meal. Needless to say he didn't want it then! 20 mintues for a fish sandwhich!!! It was NOT that busy in the dining room. Our waitress, Celeste, was chewing on something, but had nothing in her mouth! Our food was o.k. but my lobster was a little over done, well, the shell actually crumbled in my hand! At the end of the meal Celeste comes back and says " You're not going to want anything else are you" YES, she really did say that! At that point, no we did not want anything else!
