“Good, cheap accomodation”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 8, 2013

I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are small and contain just what you need...nothing more, but they are clean, modern, cute, and the location just off main street is quiet yet close to everything. Plus, the staff was super friendly. Highly recommended for budget travel.

We really liked our suite at the Kokopelli Suites: the size and completeness of the unit, proper good-sized well-stocked kitchen, good beds and linens, homey regional-themed decor, friendly staff, the cost seemed reasonable for Moab. Loved the twin towel racks. The location is close to downtown but very quiet, and although sound carried through the walls, the other guests on both sides were quiet. The cleaning may have been a bit rushed, but the linens were all fresh and clean. Would have liked a table where you didn't have to climb up onto high stools and face into the kitchen to eat.

We enjoyed our one night stay here. The staff was very helpful in suggesting places to eat and places to see. We especially liked the nicely decorated room ( Great colors) and a place to relax outside on the patio. Location very handy to downtown Moab.

Green Features: They recycle and compost everything possible. They seem to be quite green.

We stayed at the Creekside Duplex outside of town. The setting was wonderful, about a 15 minute drive out of town...but, they need to be a little more specific about the description of the Creekside Lodge. When we checked in, she casually mentioned that there was no wi-fi there and probably not cell phone service. We have US Cellular and had limited service.
When we got out to the property, we were surprised to find there wasn't a television, which was troubling for my husband...a tv junkie.
The room looks similar to the photos except I'm not sure what photo of the queen bed they used, but it wasn't in either of the units on this property.
The fridge needed to be leveled but we couldn't find a way to do that. And the wall furnace only worked in the bedroom, not the living room/kitchen.
There are no curtains or blinds on the creekside of the house, which was a little unsettling for me, as there were windows in the bedroom and bathroom without any type of cover.
If you want to get away from it all, this is the place. It's clean, has great hot water supply and the kitchen is stocked satisfactorily.
We would have probably choose another property next time, just because of no wi-fi or tv.

Thank you for taking the time to review the Creekside cabins at Pack Creek Ranch. We are sorry the lack of a TV was a disappointment, and getting your feedback has made us add a line to our website specifically mentioning this fact instead of relying on the amenities list to convey that information. We grow from all types of comments and appreciate your taking the time to let us know your thoughts.

I have stayed at the Kokopelli Lodge twice now. It's such a charming little spot - the rooms have the feel of the guest room at your mother's house, rather than the more austere conditions of a chain hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel couldn't be more conveniently located to all the attractions in Moab. You can walk almost anywhere in town, and you can drive to Arches in less than ten minutes.

Another bonus for us is that the hotel is dog-friendly - the staff provides an extra cover for your dog to sleep on, along with treats and a fenced area for dogs to run around in. In other words, dogs aren't just tolerated, they're welcomed. And no extra fee.

I will happily stay here every time I visit Moab, and highly recommend its charms to everyone.

Room Tip: There's only a few rooms, and they're all great. Room 9 is pretty private, with a little pat...

Green Features: The hotel is very environment-conscious - they emphasize recycling and provide supplies and storage for cyclists.

We stayed in the InnTowner for 2 nights. Very spacious with the king size bed, living room, and kitchen. Perfect location for walking around town and eating out. It was clean. Quick to get to Arches National Park. Bed was comfortable. Carpet has seen better days. We would recommend staying here if in Moab.

Thanks for the great review! And you are right, the carpet has seen better days. Rest assured that it is being replaced this winter as soon as the flood of guests subsides. Next time you can enjoy our new flooring!

Very convenient, clean motel room. Furnished with Ikea and bright colour, it's a nice change from motel rooms with carpet and old furniture. Quiet and central location, we had a nice stop in Moab before visiting Arches National Park. Would recommend it without hesitation.
