“Amazing stay for the price!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 7, 2014

Incredibly clean rooms, really friendly staff and managers, good location and all at a bargain price! We called a few motels ahead of time and found cheaper stays but the gentleman on the phone was so nice and accommodating that we stuck with the Inca. Upon arrival the place is a little outdated yet still very charming. When we came into the room we were pretty blown away by the cleanliness. We were at first only going to stay one night then visit Arches but we enjoyed the motel so much that we decided to stay another night. If you need a lot of amenities like gym, hot tub, room service, and the rest of the gimmicks you would be paying for at a newer hotel then this is not the place. However if you are in Moab to experience the outdoors then this is the place!

I booked this hotel based on price and other reviews. You won't be disappointed this place is exactly what everyone says it is. Cheap, clean, free breakfast and close to the National Parks. I will definitely stay here again.

Grant Peck the owner here checking in. Its been awhile since my last response and given that we are going into the tourist season I thought it was a good time to weigh in on some comments guests have been making.

First.......

I am 59 years old. I have owned several businesses. After all these years I cannot express how gratifying it is to have customer after customer rave about all that we do here at the Inca Inn. It makes my day. These comments make everything we do so worthwhile. Thank you!

Second......

Prices will be moving up as we enter our busy season AND our rooms will book up very quickly. Do not wait!

It is much easier to make people happy during our winter month's because our rates are, by necessity, so very low. When you see your sparkling clean bathroom; enjoy our modest but lovingly provided breakfast; appreciate our proximity to all the parks and downtown, you reflect on how much you paid and can't help but be appreciative. However Spring and Summer rates bring higher prices.

We are admittedly "inexpensive" during the winter month's. We are almost always one of the best values in Moab. Even though our rates will be higher during the seasonal month's, please consider them in relation to all the prices offered by our competitors! Check out all the rates in town and then call us. We will not be "cheap" during the season, but I promise you that we will be a "value" when you compare us with anyone else in town.

Our pool will be open soon adding to the joy of staying here.

And as always. I can't thank everyone enough for giving us feedback during their stay here. We have comment cards in all of our rooms and as guests make us aware of problems we fix them as quickly as we can. Your feedback helps us do a better job and we take them seriously.

We've fixed all sorts of things this winter and are eager to have you come stay with us this summer and find out what we are all about.

I love to say: "Pay less and play more". Why stay anywhere else?

Thank you for your comments!

All the best,

Grant

My wife and I stayed at the Inca Inn because it was really close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Most of the time 1-2 star hotels are as bad as if not worse than the reviews left by guest but Inca Inn was better than I expected. The service was prompt and the staff was very polite. We will definitely be coming back.

We stayed at Inca Inn for 8 nights in May 2013. We definitely recommend it and would stay there again on another visit to the Moab area. The motel rooms are impeccably clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: If staying for several days, ask for one of the larger rooms.

I stayed at Inca Inn for three nights over the President's day holiday and had a great stay. My friends stayed down the street at another hotel and they complained about paper thin walls. Clean rooms, no strange smell whatsoever and accommodated my late arrival (3am). This was my second time spending time there and I will keep coming back!

My only request are thicker towels.

Our stay at Inca Inn was great. The rooms are plain, but clean and are very affordable. It's close to town and Arches National Park and J. was so friendly and helpful. He had great recommendations for hikes, activities, restaurants, etc. The breakfast was simple, but perfect in my opinion! I would definitely stay again!

We stayed at the Inca Inn for two nights in February. Excellent experience, just what we wanted. The well appointed room was kept very clean - breakfast was simple but adequate. Staff very friendly and very helpful with lots of good suggestions of what to do and where to eat in Moab. Great little family run restaurant next door does excellent wraps. Overall very good value for money - we'd certainly go back again.
