“Good food (& gluten free), extensive drinks - be prepared to wait”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 21, 2013 via mobile

The food was good - gluten free and vegetarian options. They have a large beer & cider list.
Wait staff are friendly, attentive & knowledgable about the menu.
And it's reasonable priced & had a good atmosphere if you're in the section near the bar.

We ate here over two nights and had to wait for a table (20-30mins). My only complaint is that it was almost impossible to get the bar staffs attention to order drinks whilst we waited for tables.

Would return!

“Miss the beer”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 20, 2013 credit card Amex Card Member Review

Haven't been here in a few years and was surprised to find that they don't brew and sell their own beer anymore. Food and atmosphere is still wonderful. Great local hangout in Moab. Friendly staff and hostess.

Came in here several years ago when visiting Moab & it just has a cool vibe Friendly people & bartender makes for good conversations at the bar. Just the kind of thing I look for when traveling.

“Horrible Experience”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed October 15, 2013

My friends and I decided to try McStiffs for dinner one Tuesday night, and we all regretted that decision. From the outside the place seems ok. We went into the bar area and found a large table to sit at and watch the game. Our server took 5 minutes to even come over to the table even though it was dead. The menu was very basic. I started to have a bad feeling about it and decided to order the pulled pork sandwich (who could screw up pulled pork?). The food was terrible. Clearly frozen food defrosted for our meals. The pulled pork was like rubber. My friends potstickers were clearly frozen and deep fried as we ordered. To make matters worse, the server showed up maybe 2-3 times the entire time we were there. We were dying to order more drinks and couldn't find him. We eventually left with a terrible taste in our mouth (literally). Avoid this place!

“Food not bad and helpful staff”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 15, 2013

Our group stopped here for an evening meal. They were able to accommodate us without much of a wait. Food was okay and the service was quick. There was plenty to chose from on the menu. Prices reasonable too. We were sat right inside under the big TV which was a bit distracting (sports on) when trying to have conversations with others.
