Outstanding service, outstanding meal. Classy, but by no means "stuffy." Well worth the price.

“A wonderful dining experience!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 21, 2014 via mobile

The presentation and quality of the food at this restaurant is exceptional! I had the fresh fish flown in from Hawaii and my husband had the bison steak. We dined on the patio and thoroughly enjoyed the evening! The owners and chef should be commended for providing an unforgettable evening!

“Excellent”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2014

I consider this a French Southwestern fusion with touches of Hawaii! The fresh fish from the Islands was outstanding, if a bit pricey. I was in Moab for two nights and had dinner both nights here. I was pleased with both meals - the preparation and presentation, the flavors, and the service were all outstanding. If you enjoy good food, don't miss this spot.

“Excellent service and good food,a little pricey”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 15, 2014

Excellent service very knowledgable staff the guy that served us offered advice and options on food and wine.

Food was abit all " fur coat and no knickers" as in the description described the dish beautifully but when it arrived it didn't wow you as much. But the food was good.

The bread was excellent with 3 different dipping items.

“Fine dining!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 12, 2014

We like fine dining every now and then, and that was not so easy on our US trip. But Desert Bistro was an excellent exception.

Small place (less than 10 tables inside - plus a terrace, I think) so reservations are recommended.

Very friendly staff, really excellent food and wine, a great experienced. Not very cheap, but worth it.
