“Very Nice Place to Stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 1, 2014

We stayed at the Moab Valley Inn for two nights. The room was very comfortable and very clean. The staff we came in contact with were very nice and professional (front desk, cleaning and maintenance staff). Unfortunately I had to be admitted to the hospital overnight while there in Moab. My wife asked for assistance in calling 911 and later the staff were very concerned about my condition and when asked, were very accomadating about us staying another night if needed. The value for what you get is well worth staying here as opposed to the Ramanda Inn down the road. I would like the staff there at Moab Inn to know that I am doing well and would like to thank them for their concern and helpfulness.

We spent two nights here, the check in was friendly and helpful, our room was I think larger than normal as it extended over the office, noise from the street was not a problem. The bed was very good and the bathroom had been refurbished, the room was tired looking as were the hall ways but I think they are slowly doing these, in all a good stay

This inn was very good because it had been recently renovated so the rooms were very clean, new and spacious. However, several electrical outlets in the room were in worn-out condition and the one to power the coffee pot was totally inoperative. The inn staff was advised of this and a repairman was present to fix it on our departure. The inn also had very good Wi-Fi until it went out half-way thorough our stay. There is a McDonald's across the street that help alleviate that inconvenience. Overall, a very good stay and we would not hesitate to visit again. I regretted not bringing my swimming trunks because the inn has a very nice enclosed pool/spa combo that was very popular with the guests. Also, the continental breakfast area was very spacious and an exceptional array of foods were presented.

I stayed overnight on the way to mountain biking in Canyonlands. For nearly $200 I got an ok room, WiFi either not working or too slow to actually use, tough plastic pillows, low-res unwatchable TV, a banana and a broken coffee machine for the "continental" breakfast. Lots of hotels in Moab. Book early and try somewhere else!

I have stayed here 4 times in the last 13 years. I am from NY state. I have always liked their property as they have a indoor/outdoor pool so if you want to swim in the shade and be outside at the same time you can, it is unique. I always liked their rooms are they are large and offer a varieity of services for each room - some with jetted tubs. They just totally redid all the rooms and they are even nicer now and for the price you get a very good dea. They include breakfast which is nothing to get to excited about unless you like waffels but other then that I like the place.

Room Tip: 3rd floor towards the road gives you a great view of the red rocks - get a suite!!

we've used Moab Valley Inn for several years as a conference venue. Rooms are comfortable, conference rooms are excellent and we're always well taken care of with respect to things we need in the conference room.

I stayed here for four days earlier in May. The rooms were a good size, and the location convenient. There is a brew pub across the street, as well as a decent pizzeria. Also a small grocery store. The cleaning staff were very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Some people in our group had problems with noise, but our room was located at the back of the hotel and we had no problems. The breakfast (included in the room rate) was adequate, but not great. Would stay here again in the future.
