Some of the comfiest beds I've ever slept on at a hotel. We were in a 2 queen bed, 1 queen sofa-bed "suite" with more than enough room for my family of 5. There was this little half wall about 3 foot square separating living area w/sofabed from bedroom, so the word "suite" is a stretch. Still, a very nice room with a nice view of cliffs. The free included breakfast buffet was very good as well - well stocked, had a different egg/meat course each of the two days we were there, waffles, fresh cina-buns, etc. A little small eating area for the size of the hotel, but we had no problem getting a table, even during jeep safari week. A nice touch was a locked bike room if needed. Staff seemed a little overwhelmed, but this was Jeep Week, and it is a bit crazy in town. Housecleaning was excellent.
Indoor pool was also well appreciated by my 8 year old, although a bit small. Weirdly, the water had a very strong bitter, but no smell so maybe the chemicals used? Jacuzzi didn't work, tho.
Unlike others, I had no problem with the wireless internet connectivity while I was there. I take two laptops (one for the adults, 1 for the teens), but no problem with either, at least on the second floor near the middle of the hotel - maybe the outlying rooms were worse?
Note that is was a bit out on the outskirts of Moab if you want to be in the middle of town. However, the town is only about a mile long, so you are not really far. Really beautiful area, and nearer the trails and NPs, so I was very happy with placement. Can walk to the Coorado river.
Highly recommended, and would stay again.
