“Good-sized room, comfortable bed, noisy”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 30, 2014

The room was good-sized and well furnished with a desk and an extra sofa. It was right opposite the breakfast room so no sleep past 6.30am. Get a room further down the corridor to avoid the significant noise. Also, the noise from running water (shower, toilet) next door was considerable and much worse than what I'd expect. The breakfast buffet is well stocked with a variety of hot and cold food. Overall, pluses and minuses which, at a steep $200 per night, results in an average rating.

Room Tip: Avoid rooms near breakfast room if you'd like to sleep past 6.30am.

Our room was clean and spacious, but we did notice more noise coming from people walking upstairs and next-door toilet flushes than we typically hear in a hotel in this price range. The beds were definitely on the hard side.

The breakfast is pretty good, with plenty of options even for those on low-carb diets (scrambled eggs, turkey sausage links, hard-boiled eggs); however, the eggs are fairly rubbery (perhaps made from powdered eggs, or cooked at high heat).

In all, a fairly average experience with no big negatives, but the noise & hard beds were minuses.

Room Tip: Perhaps get a room on the top floor so you will not have noise from people walking around above you.

We stayed 4 nights. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spotless! Staff was friendly and the desk went out of their way to help. It was very much appreciated as I was traveling with 2 seniors. I would recommend this hotel! Get reservations early, as they book up quickly- I can see why!

Room Tip: Interior courtyard rooms are the quietest.

The beds were clean. Free hot breakfast with coffee that actually was not watered down. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Air conditioner worked well. Friendly at check in. Rooms are big. Shower and bathroom was clean. Overall, great place to stay!

I don't know why this place isn't rated higher. My Mother and I stayed here over 3 days earlier this month and it was a large room with a microwave and mini-fridge. The beds were comfortable and clean, as was the rest of the room and it the hotel was located right in Moab within walking distance to restaurants and a convenience store. I would definitely stay here again.

Ahhhh....what a wonderful surprise! Our group of 8 occupying 4 of their rooms were delighted by the value and amenities this hotel offered. An included hot breakfast and a pool and Jacuzzi. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi both nights of our stay. We were in Moab on a hiking expedition so the hot tub felt like heaven after a long day of hiking. The staff was very warm and friendly and the bed was divine! Clean rooms, great showers and a reasonably good breakfast.

This is a nice property, well run and clean. We stayed 4 nights while hiking in Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The large rooms are very nice with a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. The morning breakfast is very good with many food choices.

We hope to return to Moab next year to do more exploring and will definitely stay here.
