“Underrated on Trip Advisor”

We stayed in the carriage house which is more like a "house" than a B & B. We had our own refrigerator, stove, etc with a large living room and TV including the premium channels. The house is decorated in "country" style motif which fits the image of Harpers Ferry. Tony made an incredible breakfast each of the two days we were there. He asked us what we wanted and gave us some choices and of course we picked blueberry pancakes which were huge and came with premium strips of bacon and a large bowl of fresh fruit. Exceptional!!!!!

There is a large yard area and a large pond where you can relax and enjoy yourself while you sit in one of his two swings. Very relaxing listening to the water and enjoy yourself while waiting for my laundry to dry.

Our hosts were very gracious and accommodating and upon arriving on our bikes (we biked the GAP and C & O from Pittsburgh to DC) Cheri met us with 4 cans of blackberry and lime flavored waters, bottles of plain water, ice in large glasses and bars to rejuvenate ourselves. We didn't find this anywhere else on the trail except maybe Levi Deal mansion in Meyersdale. Given that we had dirty bike clothes they were gracious enough to allow the use of the washer.

Tony was very knowledgeable (he taught history) and gave us pointers on walking the AT to Jeffersons rock. All in all a VERY nice visit and we would definitely return. The only negative is that the whole town of Harpers Ferry has poor cell phone and internet service, but this was everywhere so we didn't worry about this too much.

Room Tip: We chose the carriage house which is "the" place to stay.

My daughter and I had a memorable stay at this little gem of a Bed and Breakfast. The accommodations were very cozy, clean and comfortable. The hosts are very personable and we will definitely return. We called virtually every B&B in Harper's Ferry but just got recordings. Our host, Tony, answered right away and invited us to stop at our convenience to check out the rooms!

This is so much better than staying in a hotel. Tony was very accommodating and full of information. He suggested that we walk into town via the Appalachian Trail and stop by Jefferson Rock. The view was incredible! We enjoyed our stay in the trundle room and the breakfast was wonderful. We had fruit and yogurt, juice, coffee, scrambled eggs, bacon and toast. I had asked for wheat toast, but Tony said they didn't have any. However, he made sure they got some by the morning. That is great customer service. I wholeheartedly suggest people give this place a try when visiting Harpers Ferry.

Room Tip: Choose the Trundle Room for a night or two. If staying longer, you might want the larger suite upst...

Just spent the weekend at the Camp Hill B&B with my family. We had 5 sleeping in the Carriage Suite and 2 in the Trundle. Not only is the house walking distance to most attractions, Tony and Cheri are wonderful hosts. They made us feel right at home, and their breakfast was delicious! The location is peaceful and quiet - perfect for getting a feel of the town. Definitely stay here if you're planning a trip to Harpers Ferry!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent weekend at the Camp Hill Bed B&B. We stayed in the Carriage Suite, which features a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom…even a loft. We felt right at home! Our hosts were gracious and helpful, and our mornings started with a hearty, delicious breakfast (blueberry pancakes, sausage, fruit/yogurt, orange juice) brought to our table inside the suite. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway that’s a bit different from the typical B&B experience, the Camp Hill B&B in historic Harpers Ferry is a can’t-miss.

We stayed in the Carriage House upstairs, which was just the right size for two - cozy and comfortable. Tony and Cheri were gracious hosts who prepared a delicious breakfast each morning. The location is peaceful and quiet, and the accommodations felt like our country home. The location is perfect for walking historical Harpers Ferry, WV. With our delightful stay from 03/31/13 to 04/02/13, we will definitely be going back.

We stayed in the Carriage Suite (upstairs) as a weekend getaway from wedding planning. It was peaceful, cozy and wonderful. Breakfasts were very tasty, and Tony was able to accommodate my dietary needs. The B&B's location is excellent -- a healthy walk from the historic lower town of Harper's Ferry.
