First of all I just want to give this hotel like a million 5 star reviews. The staff are completely remarkable and they should get a higher ppraise for having such great hospitality. The hotel is very welcoming and made me feel like I was at home. I came with my grandma and the staff are very responsive and considerate. They were very attentive and would always check up on my grandma to see if she was doing okay. :) I've got to say, my favorite experience was when we were eating dinner and the sunset was so extravagant, and so was the food! Definitely a go-to hotel.

One of the best if not the best ever hotel experience I've had that beats them all ! It was an unforgettable experience ! Great location with the beach front view even when you're having a spa treatment. Spectacular view while dining, relaxing and watching the sunset was a breathtaking experience. The food was gastronomical and entertainment was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful as well. The Spa is a must try specially the Hot stone massage. Nice way to pamper yourself. I definitely highly recommend this hotel !

Room Tip: Highest floors has the best rooms and access to the executive club

This whole holiday, it was about taking a break from a busy life in Shanghai - a fast pace city life.
My wife choose the location, I choose the accommodation - and it made us all (2 children included) very, very happy.
I already learnt that - listen to your dear traveller taking the effort to review hotels for you. Read a view of these and you understand what to focus on.
For this hotel it's fairly simple: take the luxury of an executive room on the two top floors (7th and 8th floor) - you will not regret that choice (and extra cost). Breakfast is included and served on the top floor by very kind and considerate staff. Additionally they offer you free available cookies throughout the day and a beautiful snack at 5 pm - which is equal to a full blown dinner. We only made it once to go out and try the restaurants in the area (there are good alternatives for sure - so you can see this really worked for us).
The rooms are nice, equipped with a small balcony to hang your cloths for drying.
But don't worry about the rooms too much, you are nit going to stay there a lot - this is such a beautiful place to discover...

Had buffets in the restaurant. The food is really good and the service is perfect.
The room cleaning was not good. Only the first day had coffee and tea bags in the mini bar. The cups were not cleaned during our stay of the five nights.

We stayed in an ocean view room for about a week and were very happy with the room and the hotel's beautiful location on the beach. It was a treat to see the large ships on the other side of the reef each day, too. The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping, and the Saipan American Memorial and Museum. We ate many meals at the hotel because of the good food and friendly staff, especially our server, Mailin(sp?). The guest laundry facility was also very handy. On the negative side, the wifi wasn't great and sometimes there was a long wait for the elevator. Although we had pre-arranged to be picked up at the airport, no one showed up. But smiling and friendly staff would make me stay at the Fiesta again.

Room Tip: You definitely want an ocean view room. The other side faces shops, restaurants, and traffic. The...

When I reserved a executive room, there was no description for breakfast included. But we could get breakfast buffet, afternoon tea with cakes and alcohol with Sushi in lounge.
I could see sunset from my room every day.

we stayed 2 nights at ocean view room during the trip. The room was overall nice, neat & tidy enough. The bathroom was spacious, providing bathing oil and scrub. The most unforgettable experience during our stay was the sunset view at room.
However, the harsh check-in time made us exhausting, too strict indeed. . . even you request early check-in, you won't be able to check-in even a minute earlier. maybe the hotel is really so full all the time. haha.
